Time4T, LLC is owned and operated by Geoff Baker, a seasoned professional whose experience includes serving as a Marine Engineer on major UK warships such as HMS Battleaxe (F89) and Coventry (D118). These ships included all hotel and domestic systems plus all the systems for floating and moving, while leading a department of 85 technicians.

After serving 27 years as a marine engineer in the Royal Navy and retiring as a commander, Geoff transitioned into full-time RV living and inspection. He has been a full-timer for over ten years in his Newmar Mountain Aire diesel pusher and is a charter member of the National RV Inspectors Association (NRVIA), holding level two inspector certification. In addition to his inspection credentials, Geoff maintains a CDL Class A license with hands-on experience operating tractor-trailers and luxury motor coaches. He has also transported guests part-time at Walt Disney World, reflecting his ongoing commitment to excellence in hospitality and operations.

Joining him in elevating the standards of service is Laura Baker, a seasoned safety professional who brings a meticulous eye for detail and a proactive approach to preventative safety practices. Her expertise strengthens the quality and reliability of every inspection, ensuring that clients experience both technical confidence and peace of mind.

Geoff served as the Chief Engineer (Marine Engineering Officer) of HMS BATTLEAXE from 1984 to 1986 being responsible for 25,000 HP Gas Turbines (2), One Mega Watt Diesel Generators (4) plus all the systems for floating and moving, while leading a department of 85 technicians.
